Kepi of the Nunziatella Military School of Naples, founded on November 18, 1787 as the Royal Military Academy, is one of the oldest military training institutes in Italy and in the world.
It is located in Pizzofalcone in the ancient building, constructed in 1588, formerly the seat of the Jesuit Novitiate, which, together with the adjacent Church of the Santissima Annunziata, constitutes a monumental architectural complex in the city of Naples.
Located in Pizzofalcone, at Via Generale Parisi 16, it has been a place of high-level military and civilian education since its origins and has had among its professors and students personalities of the caliber of Francesco De Sanctis, Mariano d'Ayala, Carlo Pisacane, Pasquale Baffi, Guglielmo Pepe, Enrico Cosenz, Amedeo of Savoy-Aosta and Vittorio Emanuele III King of Italy.
